Consultants shall submit monthly billings to city describing the work performed during the preceding month. city shall pay consultant no later than sixty 60 calendar days after the date of submittal of an invoice for completed tasks and approval of the invoice by city staff.

SOQs will be evaluated and scored according to each evaluation criteria listed below to determine a final ranking. a submittal with a high weighted total will be deemed of higher quality than a soq with a lesserweighted total.

The repairs of the vehicle shall not exceed 90 calendar days after receipt of the vehicle and the required equipment.

All invoices must be submitted electronically through the invoice processing platform ipp via www ipp gov.

The contractor shall provide in writing, warranty on the installation of the equipment and provide an onsite technician for repairs.

The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.

The successful offeror must have the capacity to begin work shortly after contract award.

The government's intent is to award a small business set aside purchase order to the responsible quoter whose quotation, in conforming to the rfq, provides the overall best value to the government.

Quotes that fail to include inspection team members with a fellow f abft, diplomate d abft ft, d abft fa, or d abft fd, or equivalent certification from the american board of forensic toxicology may be immediately removed from further consideration.

Any quotation that is incomplete or non compliant with any requested submission requirement of this rfq may immediately be removed from further consideration.
