Required vendor capabilities include providing genuine unify openscape voice v9 software and licensing, JITC certification expertise and compliance, system integration and installation services, ongoing technical support and maintenance. To make a determination for a small business set aside, two or more qualified and capable small businesses must submit responses that demonstrate their qualifications. Responses must demonstrate the company's ability to perform in accordance with the limitations on subcontracting clause FAR ****.

The tender requires preventative maintenance on the D21 emergency management system at the 139th fire department and a redundant client at the 139th civil engineering facility. The installation update activity shall accompany civil engineer electricians or designated representative on an inspection of the d21 emergency management system to ensure it is operating properly prior to monaco technician departure. monaco shall correct all deficiencies noted during the inspection in accordance with the terms of the contract.

Notice of intent to award a sole-source contract to 60 decibels inc for providing financial services, including surveys to DFC clients.
