The contractor shall be licensed to perform fire protection services in the state of Colorado, employ trained and certified technicians, maintain all required insurance coverage, and have experience servicing K12 educational facilities or similar institutional facilities.
In the event of nonperformance, School District No. 51 reserves the right to procure services elsewhere and bill back any additional cost incurred to meet scheduled requirements.
