The evaluation committee will evaluate the submittals based upon the evaluation criteria below. The evaluation criteria are intended to provide the committee with information regarding the qualifications of each proposing firm.

The submitting firm must meet the following minimum experience qualifications: a. the principal and/or project architect must have a minimum of ten 10 years experience.
