Latest US Camp Ventilation Contracts & Bids

This is a non-personal service contract for providing office and latrine services at the Southwest Laredo Army Reserve Center for one year with three option years. The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the services. The government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The contractor must develop and submit a Quality Control Plan (QCP) within 30 days of contract award. The QCP must include an inspection program, deficiency identification and correction methods, documentation and enforcement procedures, and trend analysis. The contractor must also implement and maintain an Operations Security (OPSEC) program. The government will evaluate the contractor's performance in accordance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan. The contractor must provide service 24/7, including federal holidays. The work will be performed at the Army Reserve Center, Laredo, TX, but mission requirements may dictate a change of location. The contractor must provide a contract manager and an alternate. The contractor must report all contractor labor hours, including subcontractor labor hours, via a secure data collection site (SAM. gov) by October 30 of each calendar year. Additional deliverables may be requested. The contract includes a technical exhibit listing performance requirements summary, deliverables schedule, and available trailer locations.

This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. ** Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded** The expansion of the Elizabethtown Community and Technical College Leitchfield campus will construct a new single story, standalone 16, 733 SF building directly west of the current sole campus building. This new facility will house Industrial Maintenance Labs, Nursing and Health Science Labs, new classrooms and an open office administration suite with a workroom and conference room. Exterior wall construction will consist of loadbearing CMU and structural steel on reinforced concrete stem wall and spread footings. Spray foam insulation with brick and metal wall panel comprise the exterior skin of the building. The roof system will be 2- ply SBS roofing over low- slope tapered polyiso insulation board to internal roof drains on level roof structure. Interior walls will be a combination of CMU bearing walls and metal stud with gypsum board. Flooring will be a combination of VCT, sealed concrete and ceramic tile flooring. Ceilings will be primarily acoustic lay- in tiles accented by gypsum board soffits and bulkheads. Heating and cooling are provided by water source heat pumps supported by boilers and a fluid cooler. Ventilation is provided by a dedicated outside air unit. Domestic hot water is provided by a gas water heater.
