Delivery and repairs of rental equipment will be no more than four hours from the time of request. Pickup of rental equipment will be no more than twenty-four hours after notification.

Payment will be made by the government in accordance with ****, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer System for Award Management. Invoices shall be submitted in arrears after government receipt of items.

The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

Offerors must provide a technical description of the items offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements, including product literature if necessary. Past performance information is also required when included as an evaluation factor.

The contractor shall be liable for default unless nonperformance is caused by an occurrence beyond the reasonable control of the contractor and without its fault or negligence.

When required by the solicitation, product samples shall be submitted at or prior to the time specified for receipt of offers.

Questions must be emailed to the person in box 7 above no later than two business days before the offer due date.

Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration.
