Tissue Storage Government Bids & RFPs

Delivery of all items and services is expected within 60 days of the order.

The system shall have a minimum of a 1-year warranty from completion of installation.

Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable vendor that can meet or exceed all salient characteristics in the specifications and who submits all required information and documentation.

Vendors must provide a capability statement and/or technical documentation brochures showing technical capability to meet or exceed all salient characteristics in the specifications.

Failure to demonstrate compliance or to submit all items requested in the solicitation prior to the due date will be cause to reject the quote without further discussions.

Samples must be picked up by the contractor from the government at least three 3 times per week. DNA extractions, PCR assays, and analyses must be completed within 72 hours of contractor receipt of samples.

Contractor billing shall be based on the number of series of request orders completed and shall submit one 1 monthly invoice.

The capability statement should include the name and address of the vendor, size and type of business, point of contact, UEI number, and professional qualifications of experts and technical personnel.

The contractor shall provide sample collection and storage material supplies to the government for tissue collection. Samples must be picked up by the contractor from the government at least three 3 times per week.

Capability statements that do not provide sufficient information for evaluation will be considered nonresponsive.

The closing date for submittals is January 27, 2024, with a deadline for receipt of questions or comments by January 13, 2024.

The training period of performance is five consecutive training days: July ****, 2026.

Instructors must possess verified Guardian Angel or JSOC operational experience. Non-GA instructors must be verifiable SMEs in pararescue and updated JSOC CQC TTPs. Medical oversight by a qualified ER physician or general surgeon is required.
