The City of Exeter is seeking proposals for professional City Planner Services. The selected consultant will provide current planning, long-range planning, and administrative/coordination services. Proposals will only be considered from firms or individuals who meet minimum qualifications, including being a professional in urban planning (AICP certification strongly preferred) with a minimum of five years of progressively responsible municipal planning experience in California. Thorough knowledge of the California Government Code, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Housing Element Law, and applicable state planning requirements is also required.
