To be qualified as an approved source, organizations must submit an application package through the Source Approval Request (SAR) program as outlined in the attached jacg sam hb document, demonstrating their ability to manufacture the product to the same or better quality level. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide services consistent in scope and scale, secure and apply the full range of corporate resources, implement a successful project management plan, and provide services under a performance-based service acquisition contract.
