A pre- construction phase will be included prior to actual construction for submittals, material ordering and delivery. All materials must be on- site or available at the start of construction. Contractor shall provide temporary stair out of each dormitory between the demolition of the existing stair and the installation of the new stair. All personnel on the project site must pass background checks before being allowed to work within the facility. Contractors and subcontractors must adhere to the Department of Corrections rules for construction which are indicated in the specifications.
