Due to limited in- house staffing and expertise, the County is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide materials testing services. This RFQ is not for specific projects, but for specific services. The Consultant will have strong, demonstrated experience performing materials testing analysis.

Materials Testing Services On- call materials testing services, including laboratory materials acceptance standard tests ( gradation, compaction curve, r- value, sand equivalent, durability index), field observation and density compaction testing, special inspection and materials testing ( asphalt concrete pavement, steel, portland cement concrete, welding), sampling and testing of cast concrete and shotcrete, welding inspections, and structural steel bolting.
