The project involves replacing a deteriorated barbed wire fence at the Devils Hole site in Death Valley National Park. The project must be completed within 120 days of the order. A park staff member must be on-site during the project. The contractor must minimize environmental impact, including avoiding trampling vegetation and adhering to a leave no trace policy. The contractor must coordinate all work with the contracting officer at least 5 business days in advance. A pre-construction kickoff meeting is required.
