This synopsis solicitation is for construction services for flooring repairs at USCG Air Station Clearwater. The solicitation is a small business set-aside only. The contracting officer's representative has the right to reject defective workmanship or materials or work not performed as per the contract specifications. The Coast Guard has no responsibility for receipt, storage, or protection of contractor's materials. The contractor is responsible for the protection of existing structures, utilities, and vegetation. Any damage shall be repaired at the contractor's expense. The contractor is authorized to use air station Clearwater power and water while conducting the work. Any other use of power is not authorized.
