The U. S. Embassy Wellington is seeking to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the recurring purchase, delivery, assembly, and warranty support of residential furniture. The BPAs will be valid for five years. Individual purchases under the BPA will not exceed $45,000 NZD, and the total amount ordered under the agreement will not exceed $350,000 USD. Vendors must be capable of providing new, unused furniture meeting specifications, including delivery, assembly, placement, packaging removal, and warranty support. Physical inspection of proposed furniture must be available in the greater Wellington region. Quotations are due by August 4, 2026.

Vendors must be qualified and responsible, demonstrating legal authority and local capability to perform in New Zealand, reliable physical inspection access in the greater Wellington region, ability to furnish furniture meeting specifications, and adequate warranty and replacement support. Technical acceptability will be evaluated on a passfail basis.
