Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) is seeking proposals for implementation services for a Collaborative Care Model (CCM). The deadline for proposal submission is July 16, 2026. The award will be based on the proposal judged to be in the best interest of TTUHSC, considering pricing, experience, reputation, and service specifications. Proposers must demonstrate they meet minimum qualification requirements, including being current with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, providing evidence of certifications, licenses, and insurances, and complying with the Texas Risk and Authorization Management Program (TX-RAMP).
