A site visit will be conducted on July 29, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST. Failure to provide required documentation for base access by July 27, 2026, 12:00 PM EST will result in denial of base access and inability to attend the site visit. Work must be completed in FY26. The period of performance is from August 31, 2026, to December 29, 2026. Work to remove currently floating pier and install new floating pier shall not exceed 120 calendar days from starting date. Work must be completed within fy26.

The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government, considering price and other factors.
