The vendor must integrate with an AWS database, provide email notifications, and offer real-time payment status. The contractor will not be compensated directly by the state but by license/certificate holders. The offeror must provide business information, a list of current users, and a summary of legal actions. The selection is based on the lowest, most responsible, and responsive quote and qualification. The offeror must register to do business in the state of Hawaii and provide a Certificate of Vendor Compliance (CVC).
