The period of performance for the JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge is from May 29, 2026, to June 15, 2026.

Contractor shall ensure all employees meet board of health standards and food handling requirements as well as having knowledge of safety regulations, such as, occupational safety and health association, OSHA, proper clothing and footwear. Contractor shall ensure medical personnel and lifeguard are certified and current. Contractor shall maintain a professional demeanor when serving the food safety requirements for preparing and serving food. Certified and trained personnel are required at all events.

The penalty for non compliance with limitations on subcontracting is the greater of $500k or the dollar amount spent, in excess of permitted levels, by the entity on subcontractors, in accordance with 13 CFR **** h.

Responses to this notice shall be e mailed no later than 6 May 2026 at 10:00 am et fort knox local time.

The bid notice does not explicitly state a delivery deadline for the training or equipment. However, training materials are to be provided on day one of each scheduled training course, and attendance rosters are due within five calendar days of each course completion. Post-training reports are due within fifteen calendar days of each completed course.

The bid notice states that all equipment shall include a minimum one-year warranty.

The contractor must meet minimum requirements including compliance with ANSI **** and ANSI **** standards, accreditation through IACET, verifiable qualified instructors with documented experience, and a minimum of ten years of experience delivering similar training to U. S. government agencies.

The period of performance for this contract is from April 24, 2026, to April 26, 2026.

The contractor shall be a regionally accredited public institution with an established leadership program and shall accept any qualified JROTC cadet to participate.

Responses to this sources sought notice are due no later than April 6th, 2026, at 9:00 AM ET.

The bid opening is on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 10:00 a. m. The time of proposed delivery must be stated in definite terms in the bid, and the delivery date shall be confirmed at the time of the order.

The bid notice states that a Standard warranty required for all applicable items.

Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder on a complete basis considering the quality of the services, supplies, materials or equipment to be supplied their conformity with specifications, the purpose for which it is required, date of delivery and ultimate cost thereof to the town, the intent being to purchase in a manner that will best secure the greatest possible economy consistent with the grade or quality of services, supplies, materials and equipment best adapted for the purpose for which needed.

The bid notice states that Successful bidder must be an authorized dealer to sell the equipment specified within. Successful bidder must be within 100 miles to the town of wells, me or within a reasonably acceptable distance as determined by the wells fire department.
