Renourishment Government Bids & RFPs

The bid notice states that the contractor shall complete the entire work ready for use not later than 30 April 2028 and be off the beach. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. The contractor shall commence work under this contract within sixty (60) calendar days after the date the contractor receives the notice to proceed (NTP).

The bid notice requires respondents to include company information, interest in bidding, capability to perform work of this magnitude and complexity, including at least 3 examples of comparable work performed within the past 10 years. Offerors shall also identify their small business classification and small business size. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated, firms should address the structure of such arrangement. Bonding capacity is also required.

The bid notice states that the target price range is between $20,000,**** and $40,000,****.

The project will have an estimated period of performance of 270 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed.

Respondents must include company contractor name, address, point of contact, phone number and e mail address, company's interest in submitting a proposal, company's capability to perform a contract of this magnitude and complexity including company's capability to execute comparable work performed within the past 10 years, offeror shall identify their small business classification and small business size, and if significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated, firms should address the structure of such arrangement. Bonding capacity construction bonding level per contract and aggregate construction bonding level, both expressed in dollars via letter from the bonding company, is also required.

The target price range is between $25,000,**** and $40,000,****.

The work will commence first with performance beginning within 30 calendar days of receipt of notice to proceed (NTP). The construction period of performance will be approximately 325 calendar days from issuance of the NTP.

The contractor shall be paid by cubic yard of material retained on the beach.

Prospective contractors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award.

Responses must be submitted no later than 23 March 2026.

The estimated construction price range for this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000.
