The City of Cleveland is seeking bids for various canine supplies and food. The vendor must be within a 40-mile radius of downtown Cleveland. Bidders must also submit their current experience modification rate (EMR) from their insurance carrier. Self-insured contractors must obtain a rating from the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI). The information will be used to determine responsibility.
