Failure to provide awarded product meeting all solicitation/contract requirements by the ordering period start date may result in contract termination for cause. Willful failure or refusal to furnish required reports, or falsification thereof, shall constitute sufficient cause for terminating the contract. failure to timely pay the cost recovery fee constitutes a contract debt to the united states government.

Proposals that fail to include a price for the base year and each of the four option years for line item 1 may be rejected. Offers that fail to provide a unique 11-digit NDC number may be rejected. offers of covered drugs including biologics that fall within 21 cfr **** will only be considered for award if the offeror has an executed ma and ppa which includes the proposed drug productsndcs on file with the va national acquisition center, fss in accordance with 38 u. s. c. 8126h4b.

The period of performance for this contract is from August 1, 2026, to December 1, 2026. Site work construction is also scheduled within this period.

Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the U. S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). A copy of the vendor invoice in PDF format, showing pricing breakdown, contract number, and dates of service, is required.

Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government, considering price, technical capability, and prior experience.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be considered a small business for the associated NAICS code. A Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) is required.

Questions regarding this solicitation will only be accepted until July 17, 2026, at 1:00 PM AZ time.

Failure to submit quotes according to the instructions provided within the solicitation may result in the quote not being considered for award. Late quotes will not be accepted.
