The VA OIG is soliciting requests for quotes for an enterprise occupancy tracking system, including piv card readers, control panels, and a Lenel onguard integrated occupancy tracking control system. The system will be installed at 15 leased facilities. A pre-award site visit is required for the Washington, DC headquarters location. All labor, cabling, equipment, transportation, programming, and parts required to install new piv card readers and associated hardware are required. All work must follow appropriate safety prevention guidelines. The contractor must provide written documentation indicating where each piv card reader is controlled, including controller numbers and closet room location. Detailed installation diagrams, service, and operator manuals for all related hardware must be provided. Removable media materials (laptop, DVD/CD, USB drive, etc. ) must be authorized by VA OIT prior to work.
