Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror that meets the requirements stated in the Statement of Work and the solicitation.
Contractors submitting proposals shall demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in commercial repair work.
Contractor shall be informed that liquidated damages shall be assessed for noncompensable delays wherein the work is not accepted prior to the scheduled completion date.
