The solicitation deadline is July 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM MST.

Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, technical capability and price factors considered.

The offeror shall complete all required sections of the solicitation document, including all applicable requirements and items listed in Attachment 1 Salient Characteristics and Attachment 3 PWS.

An optional site visit is scheduled for Monday, the 13th at **** MST at Davis Monthan AFB, AZ, for Bldg. 129s.

Each call awarded under this agreement will have a delivery date for that specific call.

The government will make all payments within 30 days of receipt of proper invoicing after delivery of supplies in accordance with each specific BPA call.

BPAs will be established based on the overall best value quotations determined to be the most beneficial to the government, considering technical capability, past performance, and price.

Offerors are required to have an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration with no active exclusions. They must also comply with licensing and qualifications requirements of the state where work is performed.

Failure to provide a geographic capability statement addressing all nine locations will result in the proposal being determined technically unacceptable and excluded from further evaluation and award.

The total capacity for the BPA pool is not to exceed $12,000,****.

Failure to understand the RFP in its entirety, including making necessary inquiries, may result in disqualification. All items are to be delivered and installed after receipt of purchase order by 08/12/2026.

Payment will be made upon receipt of a properly prepared invoice which references the period for which payment is due, the contract number and/or assigned purchase order number. The invoice must include the correct payment address.

Government requirement for standard manufacturer industry warranty term. Government does not accept extended warranty, which requires advance payment.

This is a competitive best value selection using comparative analysis evaluation procedures. Quotations will be compared to one another to determine which provides the best benefit to the government.

Offerors must provide technical capability information showing their ability to provide the products described in the Statement of Work. Failure to provide adequate information will result in removal from consideration.

Failure to meet a requirement or inability to perform or provide all services requested shall result in an offer being removed from further consideration.
