The City of North Myrtle Beach is seeking bids for the Tidewater Basin Restoration and Cherry Grove Beach Dune Restoration. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for February 3, 2026. If a notice to proceed letter ntp is issued to the winning bidder and proper authority is given to proceed, the work shall commence on the designated start date, and the work shall be completed by or before the designated completion date per the ntp and determined by the city, with a 1, **** one thousand **** us dollars per day in liquidated damages for exceeding the schedule will apply.
A mandatory prebid conference is indicated on the cover sheet, all bidders are required to attend the conference.
Any prospective bidder, offeror, or contractor, who is aggrieved in connection with the solicitation of a contract shall protest in writing to the procurement managersupport services supervisor within ten 10 calendar days of the date of issuance of invitation to bid.
