SEMO is seeking proposals to develop a multiyear campus technology master plan. The scope includes assessing the complete lifecycle of technology infrastructure (network, servers, cloud, etc. ), recommending lifecycle standards, and developing a prioritized five-year replacement and modernization schedule. Deliverables include an initial plan by April 1, 2027, and the final plan by May 1, 2027. Proposals must be received by September 22, 2026, at 1:30 p. m. Evaluation is based on the best proposal, considering cost (50%), offeror experience (30%), and proposed method of performance (20%).
