The government intends to negotiate with a single source for supplies or services related to IT and telecom equipment. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements within 30 days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement (BOA) after the date of publication of this synopsis. The government is not using FAR part 12, acquisition of commercial items, in its solicitation. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. One or more items are subject to free trade agreements, the Buy American Act, and balance of payments program. The World Trade Organization government procurement agreement and trade agreements are also included in the solicitation.

The contract is for refuge collection and disposal services at multiple residential locations (shiprock agency upperquarters, aneth school, etc. ) for 360 calendar days from the issuance of the notice to proceed. Services are performed weekly between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The contractor must provide new or well-maintained waste containers, remove containers with graffiti within 24 hours, and replace damaged containers within two business days. The item requires government source approval prior to contract award, as it is flight critical and/or the technical data available has not been determined adequate to support acquisition via full and open competition. Only sources previously approved by the government for this item have been solicited. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements.

Bid solicitation for Salesforce Advologix software. Bid opening date is September 15, 2025, 11:59:59 PM. Vendors must submit literature on products offered. The bid is invitation-only and will be awarded to the city's current software vendors unless otherwise stated. Bid includes three items: matter management essentials, premium admin license, and consulting services. Bid has amendments regarding item descriptions and start/end dates. There are required quote attachments and questions to be answered.

The Navajo Department of Workforce Development (NDWD) is seeking proposals for a three-year contract to renew Microsoft enterprise agreement and licenses. Proposals are due September 23, 2025, at 4:00 PM MDT. The contract will begin November 1, 2025, and run through October 31, 2028. Vendors must submit an original and two copies of their bid in a sealed envelope, clearly marked Do not open: bid **** with an indication of whether the vendor is priority 1 or 2. The NDWD reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to waive any or all formalities. Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing by September 13, 2025. The selected vendor will be required to procure and maintain adequate insurance.
