This includes, but is not limited to insulation, joints, seals, connectors, sheet metal, and all other parts and materials associated with the replacement. Vendor shall be responsible for the removal of the old ceiling, if replacement is required. This includes, but is not limited to the roof, insulation, joints, seals, and all other old parts, materials, and waste. Vendor shall purchase and/ or supply one minisplit AC unit as determined during the mandatory prebid conference.
