The time of completion requiring an acceptance of work is sixty (60) calendar days from the notice to proceed date.

Payment terms are net thirty (30) days upon receipt of correct invoice.

Contractor shall warrant all work for a period of one year from the date of final payment and shall correct any defects in workmanship that appear within the one-year period at no cost to the homeowner or Horry County.

Award of contract will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in the IFB.

Bidders must be properly licensed to do business in the State of South Carolina and must comply with the code of laws of South Carolina, including Section ****, when applicable. Your firm must provide a photo copy of your general contractors license.

The performance period for this project is 480 calendar days from issuance of NTP.

Contractors must possess a valid HVAC technician certification for the state of WV, meaning at least 2,000 hours of HVAC-related work, training, and experience, and be licensed to install, maintain, test, and repair both residential and nonresidential heating, ventilating, and cooling systems. They must also provide proof of West Virginia HVAC master state licenses and chiller-trained service certificates or equivalent with quote submission.
