The OEM warranty shall include a 12-month product warranty after the date of project completion to include maintenance support services both remote and onsite. The OEM warranty shall cover replacement parts, spare bulbs, and accessory items for a period of 90 days from the date of project completion. The contractor warrants that all installation services provided under this agreement will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of project completion.
The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government considering price and other factors.
