The contractor shall supply a copy of its written warranty certificates with its response. under no circumstances shall the district accept a standard warranty period of less than twelve months from the date of acceptance of the equipment.

The evaluation committee will score responses in up to two phases. best evaluative score based on written response and oral presentation
