The City of Tulsa Finance Department is soliciting bids for AED equipment for the Parks, Culture, and Recreation Department. Bidders must register online, submit bids sealed and either mailed or delivered to the City Clerk's Office by 5:00 PM CST on **** are opened the day after the due date. The city intends to award a one-year annual contract, with the possibility of additional one-year terms. All bids must meet or exceed the specifications outlined in the IFB. The city may reject any bid that fails to acknowledge any addenda or amendments. The seller must obtain and maintain insurance policies in the minimum amounts set forth in the IFB. The seller must comply with all applicable laws regarding equal employment opportunity. The agreement is subject to cancellation by the city for seller's failure to deliver on time. Time is of the essence. All deliveries are required f. o. b. to the city's facilities. Any exceptions to the delivery date must be approved in writing by the city. The city reserves the right to cancel, revise, or amend this IFB and associated bidding documents up to the time specified for receipt of bids.

The RFI aims to gather feedback to inform the development of Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
