Service contract for doors, coiling grilles, turnstiles, vehicle barriers, dock levelers and locksmithing doors, including but not limited to wood, glass, metal, fire- rated automatic and manual door closers sliding, swinging, folding, and revolving doors hatches gate operators parking toll equipment coiling grilles turnstiles vehicle barriers dock levelers and locksmithing services in various facilities managed by tfc and located throughout texas. locksmithing services may include, but are not limited to, after- hours lockout services, re- coring of locks, replacement of cores, keys, audit reports of keys made, and key software. locksmithing services shall adhere to tfc standard key codes. tfc reserves the option of purchasing either labor, or both labor and materials, from contractor. tfc may, from time to time, initiate projects and identify door installation, repair and/or maintenance services to contractor and document such services through a separate purchase order issued under this contract hereinafte
