They also need to provide the name of the company, telephone number, email address, business size, and unique entity identifier. The small business size standard for this type of water transportation service is 1,050 employees.

The bid results will be displayed publicly on PennBid and read aloud at the regular meeting of the Carbon County Commissioners at 10:30 a. m. , prevailing local time, Thursday, June 4, 2026.

The bidder shall include the fully completed noncollusion affidavit with the bid. The carbon county office of planning and development is utilizing federal funds for these projects, and has adopted a minority and women business enterprise mbewbe in accordance with executive orders ****, ****, and **** and a section 3 action plan in accordance with title 24 part 135 code of federal regulations. As such, the bidders must submit documentary evidence of minority and women business enterprises and section 3 business concerns that have been contacted and to whom commitments have been made. Documentation of such must be submitted with the bid.
