The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intends to negotiate with Dataworks Development, Inc. for the renewal of a software license. The software, Freezerworks, is used for vaccine research and clinical trials. The notice of intent is not a request for proposal. Interested vendors may submit capabilities statements to determine if the procurement will be conducted on a competitive basis. The place of performance is the NIAID, VIP lab, 9 West Watkins Mill Road, Gaithersburg, Maryland ****.

This RFI seeks information from potential contractors for technical support services for the FEMA IPAWS division. Responses are due September 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST. Questions are due August 29, 2026. The response must be submitted electronically via email. The response must not exceed 13 pages in length, including images, data displays, charts, graphs, and tables. The document format must be either Microsoft Word (. doc or . docx) or Adobe Acrobat (. pdf). Pages must be 8. 5 by 11 inches and use a type pitch that is no smaller than a standard 11-point font type, with the exception of charts, graphs, or tables, which shall use a pitch not smaller than 10-point font. The response must include a cover page with specific information about the company, including its business size status, GSA schedule number, or other prepositioned contract vehicle number. The contractor capability statement must not exceed 3 pages in length and include a summarization of relevant projects showing capabilities and past performance in applicable areas. The contractor RFI responses to questions must not exceed 10 pages in length.

This is a non-personal services contract for hospital laundry services, including linen, curtains, drapes, doctor coats, and dietary uniforms. The contract period is from October 2025 to September 2026. All processed items must be picked up, processed, and returned within 48 hours. The pickup site is Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Building 42817. The contractor must meet specific requirements regarding personnel experience (minimum 36 months), training, certifications, and compliance with Army regulations and Joint Commission standards. The contractor must provide a Program Manager (PM) with at least 24 months of experience, and an alternate. The contractor must also provide a contingency plan for mobilization, labor disputes, disasters, and severe weather. A Quality Control Plan (QCP) is required, including inspection procedures, defect prevention, and record-keeping. The government may conduct periodic facility inspections. Washroom tests for tensile strength and whiteness retention must be performed quarterly by an approved laboratory. All vehicles must be registered, licensed, insured, and operated in accordance with local and installation traffic regulations. The contractor must provide a list of employees entering the military installation at least five calendar days prior to the start of contract performance. The government will provide certain property and services, such as linen, linen carts, and scales. The contractor must provide all other necessary items and services. A semiannual linen inventory will be conducted by the contractor and the government representative. The contractor must separate repairable and unserviceable articles. The contractor must also dye unserviceable articles brown, as required. The contractor must ensure strict segregation of articles. The contractor must comply with OSHA bloodborne pathogens standards. Any items not meeting the requirements of the PWS must be recleaned at no additional cost to the government. The contractor must provide a packing slip for each linen cart delivered to WAMC.

This is a sole-source contract for engineering and technical services related to surface combatant and amphibious ship class steering control and navigation control systems, and amphibious ship class machinery control systems. The contract involves the design, testing, troubleshooting, repair, configuration, maintenance, and fleet sustainment of various steering control and navigation control systems on US Navy equipment. Northrop Grumman Maritime Systems is the sole source for this effort. Interested parties can express their interest and capability by responding to the requirement by July 30, 2025.
