Daily Rental Government Bids & RFPs

The contractor shall deliver medical gases within the time frame shown in section 5. 2 listed above. Nonemergency delivery of medical gases shall be completed between the hours of 8:00 am to 2:00 pm local time, monday through friday, excluding federal holidays.

Rentals will be paid and invoiced on a monthly basis in arrears. Invoices should be submitted both proper and timely.

The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation factor is lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).

If, at contract completion or, in the case of a commercial plan, at the close of the fiscal year for which the plan is applicable, the contractor has failed to meet its subcontracting goals and the contracting officer decides in accordance with paragraph c of this clause that the contractor failed to make a good faith effort to comply with its subcontracting plan see ****, established in accordance with the clause in this contract entitled small business subcontracting plan, the contractor shall pay the government liquidated damages in an amount stated.

The contractor shall perform daily garbage collection services, including furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the u. s. consulate general compound in jeddah, kingdom of saudi arabia.
