The closing date for submission of proposals has been extended to 4:30 PM EST on April 25, 2025. The quantity has been increased to a total of 30 each. The resultant award will be issued bilaterally, requiring the contractor's written acceptance prior to execution. Any contract order awarded will be a DoD-rated order certified for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). All contractual documents are considered issued by the government when copies are deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email. Submission of DD Form **** certification data CDRLs will be on or before 20 days prior to the material delivery date. Final delivery of material will be on or before 330 days after the effective date of the contract. The material covered in this contract purchase order will be used in a crucial shipboard system. The use of incorrect or defective material would create a high probability of failure resulting in serious personnel injury, loss of life, loss of vital shipboard systems, or loss of the ship itself.
