The Artnight events are scheduled for October 2026 and March 2027, each from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Submit onepage letter of interest and onepage summary of related experience in art or cultural event volunteer coordination and training.

The coordinator must be onsite at pasadena city hall before, during, and after each artnight event.

The contractor shall ensure that all employees and/or subcontractors have adequate knowledge of commercial cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques necessary to perform work.

In the event of a noshow by the cleaning contractor, the normal cleaning daily items may be deducted from any amounts due and owing under this contract.
