This tender is for the repair of storage containers. The contractor must meet specific repair turnaround time (RTAT) requirements, and the government will assess consideration if the contractor does not meet the requirements. Government source approval is required prior to award. Offers must provide all data required by the source approval brochure. The contractor is responsible for supplying all necessary parts and materials, unless otherwise specified as government-furnished material. The contractor must maintain a quality system that ensures conformance to ISO **** and SAE AS9100. The contractor must also maintain a calibration system that meets ANSI/NCSL ****, ISO ****, or an equivalent calibration program acceptable to the government. Early and incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred. The contractor must provide a throughput constraint for each item. The induction expiration date is 365 days after contract award date. Any asset received after this date is not authorized for repair without bilateral agreement. A reconciliation modification will be issued after final inspection and acceptance of all assets. The parties have agreed to a price shown on the schedule page for each unit at the negotiated RTAT. All contractual documents are considered issued when copies are deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email. The government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to issue contractual documents. Please submit quotes via email by the due date specified on page 1, block 10. If a firm fixed price cannot be determined, please inform the PCO.
