KY Student Success Collaborative Implementation Partner RFP

Lot 1: The Kentucky Student Success Collaborative ( KYSSC) was launched by the Council on Postsecondary Education ( CPE) in 2021 with a grant from the James Graham Brown Foundation ( JGBF) to drive transformational change in Kentucky higher education by fostering a culture of collaboration, building capacity for leading change, centering the student experience, and implementing statewide strategies with campus partners to reach Kentuckys 60% educational attainment goal by 2030. In 2024, the KYSSC received a continuation grant from JGBF to accelerate, scale, and sustain their work. With five years remaining to meet the 60% attainment goal, the KYSSC is doubling down on data and research, leadership development, and implementation of best practice interventions to make measurable gains in student outcomes. The KYSSC is currently leading collaborative projects for six statewide strategies including Admissions Redesign, Transfer Success, Gateway Course Success, Student Basic Needs, Mental Health, and Adult Attainment.
