Any penalties rendered to the contractor, as a direct result of being found noncompliance with AECA and ITAR will be the responsibility of the contractor.

The designated COR will also inspect items received to verify compliance with this SOW. This may require fabrication site visit.

The required delivery date is thirty (30) days after receipt of order (ARO).

The government shall pay the contractor as full compensation for all work required, performed, and accepted under this order 30 days after receipt of the invoice. No advance payments are allowed.

The items delivered must have at least a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, with locally supported general warranty. The contractor must respond to technical requests within two hours and repair equipment within 48 hours at the site of the request during the warranty period.

The U. S. government intends to award a purchase order if the responsive quote is technically acceptable and reasonably priced. Award will be made based on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) methodology.

Unless an exception in FAR **** applies, your company must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www. ***. *. * in order to be eligible for award.
