Onsite automotive diagnostics for county vehicles. Eighteen- month agreement for onsite automotive diagnostics. Services include software updates, programming of vehicle modules, diagnostics, consulting, training, and testing for light, medium, and heavy- duty vehicles ( gasoline and diesel). Also includes electrical system testing and post- diagnostic vehicle repairs when authorized. Repair parts are excluded. Option to renew for two additional 18- month periods.

The bidder must be capable of interfacing with county owned software while performing diagnostic services on heavy duty diesel vehicles. All work shall be performed by ASE certified technicians. The bidder shall provide a minimum of five 5 references demonstrating experience performing services of a similar nature and scope.
Should the vendor fail to perform as required by the specifications, the county may cancel the order and terminate the ordercontract. In such event, the county will assume no responsibility for, nor will it reimburse the vendor for any expense or loss to the contractor because of such termination or cancellation.
Samples: When required must be delivered prior to the bid opening and free of charge. Samples will be returned at bidders expense and bidder is required to arrange for pick up.
Vendors protesting or disputing bid specifications must do so in writing during the bid opening period prior to the due date to be considered. Such protests must be in the possession of the bureau of purchase and supplies three working days prior to the bids opening.
Failure to complete this bid in its entirety may result in disqualification. Late bids will not be considered.
