The contractor and each technician shall hold valid licenses required through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, and other required certification/licenses for elevator inspection, maintenance, and repair services.

Failure to perform any provision will constitute a default of contract, in which case, corrective action shall take place within ten 10 days from the date of written notice citing the nature of breach.
