The bid is for custodial supplies for Birdville Independent School District. The contract will be effective from February 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027, with the possibility of two additional one-year extensions. Vendors must submit a new proposal under this solicitation to be considered for continued participation. Samples are required for alternate bids for select line items. The deadline for questions is 11/12/2025, and the response deadline is 11/19/2025. The district reserves the right to award this rfcsp to a single proposer, multiple proposers, each line item separately, or in any combination it determines to be in the best interest of the district. All responses must be successfully submitted before the due date and time. The preferred method of delivery is through the ebid system however, paper responses will be accepted in the purchasing department prior to the due date and time. The district will use the following criteria in evaluation: purchase price, reputation, quality, the extent to which the services meet the districts needs, the proposers past relationship with the district, the impact on the ability of the district to comply with laws and rules relating to historically underutilized businesses, the total long term cost to the district to acquire the proposers goods or services, and any other relevant factor specifically listed in the request for bids or proposals.

The Oregon Military Department (OMD) is seeking quotes for the control of invasive scotch broom at Camp Rilea. The project involves mechanical removal and chemical treatment of over 300 acres. Quotes must be received by September 4, 2025, at 2:00 PM Pacific Time. The successful bidder will be required to attend a project kickoff meeting and site briefing within 14 business days of contract award. Work must begin as soon as feasible after award, subject to weather and scheduling. Substantial completion is required by September 30, 2026, with possible extension for weather or access delays. All crew members must present valid US driver's license or ID for site access. Use existing paved/unpaved roads for access. Schedule all activities in advance with OMD POC to avoid conflicts with military training. Deliverables include GPS maps or shapefiles showing all treated areas, monthly pesticide application reports, and monthly invoices for completed and inspected work. Participation in walkthrough inspections with OMD to verify completion before invoicing is required. The offeror's offer is a firm offer, irrevocable, valid and binding on the offeror for not less than sixty (60) calendar days after the closing date of the RFQ. OMD may request that offerors extend, in writing, the time during which OMD may consider their offers.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a sole-source contract to Hologic Sales and Service, LLC for histology and cytology reagent and supplies. The notice is not a request for quotes but a sole-source procurement based on the availability of only one source. Interested parties can express their interest and capabilities by the due date. The procurement is subject to prohibitions in VAAR **** and **** regarding gray market items. The authority for this action is FAR 6. 302. 11. The contract will cover reagents and supplies for various VA facilities. Additional tests, reagents, and supplies may be added as needed. The contractor is responsible for direct delivery to the requesting lab at their expense. The laboratory department will order using their usual procedures and referencing the purchase agreement pricing. Each laboratory may order any of the reagent kits listed in this contract. All pricing includes FOB destination with 2-day shipping upon order. In case of defective supplies, the contractor must deliver within 24 hours of a verbal order for emergency delivery. The contractor must provide a quarterly and/or yearly report to the contracting officer's representative (COR) indicating the products and quantities purchased each month. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are required. Contractor policies and procedures must comply with VA privacy, security, the Privacy Act, and HIPAA. The contractor must treat all deliverables as the property of the US government. The government agency has unlimited rights to use, dispose of, or disclose data. The contractor must comply with federal and agency records management policies, including the preservation of all records. No disposition of documents will be allowed without prior written consent of the contracting officer. The contractor must notify the contracting officer immediately in case of a company merger and/or acquisition. Contractors, contractor personnel, subcontractors, and subcontractor personnel are subject to the same federal laws, regulations, standards, and VA directives and handbooks as VA and VA personnel regarding information and information system security. The contractor must request logical, technical, or physical access to VA information and VA information systems only to the extent necessary to perform the services specified in the contract. All contractors, subcontractors, and third-party servicers and associates working with VA information are subject to the same investigative requirements as those of VA appointees or employees who have access to the same types of information. The level and process of background security investigations for contractors must be in accordance with VA directive and handbook ****, personnel suitability and security program. Custom software development and outsourced operations must be located in the US to the maximum extent practical. The contractor or subcontractor must notify the contracting officer immediately when an employee working on a VA system or with access to VA information is reassigned or leaves the contractor or subcontractor's employ. The contracting officer must also be notified immediately by the contractor or subcontractor prior to an unfriendly termination. Information made available to the contractor or subcontractor by VA for the performance or administration of this contract or information developed by the contractor/subcontractor in performance or administration of the contract shall be used only for those purposes and shall not be used in any other way without the prior written agreement of the VA. VA reserves the right to conduct on-site inspections of contractor and subcontractor IT resources to ensure data security controls, separation of data and job duties, and destruction/media sanitization procedures are in compliance with VA directive requirements.
