This is a non-personal services contract for laundry, dry cleaning, alterations, and repairs of uniforms for the Waynesville High School JROTC program. The contract covers a base period from **** to ****, plus four option years. The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, and services necessary for the laundry and alteration services. The government will provide buttons for repairs. The contractor must pick up and deliver uniforms between 9:00am and 3:00pm at Waynesville High School. A joint inventory of uniforms must be conducted before acceptance. The contractor must return bulk uniforms within 30 days at the end of the school year, and other uniforms within 7 days. The government will evaluate the contractor's performance according to a quality assurance surveillance plan. The contractor must inform the contracting officer of any issues within 24 hours. The contract is a firmfixed price level of effort contract. The contractor is not required to have a security clearance. The contractor must attend post-award conferences and meetings as required.
