This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for construction services for the HUD Healthy Homes Program. Quotes are due by Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 3:00 p. m. A mandatory pre-quote job walk meeting for all properties is scheduled for Thursday, April 9, 2026. Bidders must submit quotes electronically via the LACDA website, along with required forms, proof of contractor's license, EPA certification, RRP renovator certification, and insurance coverage. The contract will be awarded to the apparent lowest responsive and responsible bidder, who must then provide proper insurance documentation within two weeks. Penalties of $500 per day will be imposed for non-completion. The work is to be commenced within 10 days after a notice to proceed and completed within 30 calendar days. The LACDA reserves the right to reject any and all quotes.

The bid notice states that if the work is not performed in accordance with the terms of this agreement and in compliance with the notice to proceed, the LACDA is entitled to impose the penalty of five hundred 500 dollars per day. The non completion penalty is **** per day.
