The City of Del Mar requests proposals for beach volleyball instruction and camp operations. Proposals are due November 14, 2025, at 3:00 PM PST. Questions must be submitted by October 24, 2025, at 3:00 PM PST. The permit will be issued for a three-year period, with the option to extend for two additional years. The fee proposal must include a minimum fee and a percentage of gross revenue. Operators must obtain a Del Mar business license and provide an insurance certificate. Background checks are required for all staff.
