Engineering firms are sought to conduct an investigation to assess HPRS condition and recommend improvements for embankments and spillway, assess stilling basin structure, and determine erosion protection for the downstream river channel. The scope includes site reconnaissance, seepage/stability analysis, underwater visual inspection, bathymetric survey, and hydraulic analysis. Proposals must be submitted by October 14, 2026. The BRA reserves the right to award contracts based on demonstrated competence. A non-mandatory preproposal meeting is scheduled for September 15, 2026.
