All items must be covered by manufacturers warranty.

Distributers and resellers must be able to document ability to provide items through manufacturerapproved distribution channels upon request.

Delivery may be a factor in determining best value award. Vendor must contact TPWD point of contact to schedule delivery date and time, providing one week notice. Delivery in calendar days after receipt of order.

Payment normally will be made to the contractor within 30 days after receipt of a properly prepared invoice or the receipt of and the acceptance of goods/services ordered, whichever is later.

The unit shall be warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the manufacturer's standard warranty for government use. The warranty begins on the date the unit is determined to meet specifications and accepted by TPWD.

TPWD will award a contract to the respondent whose quote is considered to be the best value to TPWD, price and other factors considered. Factors may include lowest price, ability/qualifications, delivery schedule, and past performance.

TPWD will only award a contract to an actively licensed marine dealer, manufacturer, or manufacturer's authorized distributor. Documentation is required if a respondent is a manufacturer's authorized distributor.

Default in promised delivery days after receipt of order without accepted reasons or failure to meet specifications authorizes TPWD to purchase goods and services elsewhere and charge any increased costs to the contractor.

A pre-delivery inspection of assembled boats with accessories, outboard motor, and boat trailer is mandatory prior to scheduling delivery. The inspection will be performed at the vendor's facility.

Failure to sign the bid, failure to take exception to specifications or provide reference data, or prohibited communications may result in bid disqualification.

Bids are due by 2:00 PM CT on August 07, 2026. Delivery terms are to be specified with the bid response, and delivery may be a factor in determining the best value award.
