This is a non-personnel services contract for utility vehicle maintenance and repair at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. Services include periodic scheduled maintenance and repair, including over and above work. The contract is a single-award IDIQ for a five-year ordering period. The contractor is responsible for pickup, transport, and return of vehicles. A joint inspection condition report is required at pickup and delivery. The contractor warrants labor and installed parts for 90 calendar days or 50 engine hours. The response deadline is June 19, 2026.
The response deadline is June 19, 2026, at **** (4:00 pm) Chamorro Standard Time (CHST).
The contractor warrants all labor and installed parts for ninety (90) calendar days or fifty (50) engine hours, whichever occurs first, commencing on the date the utility vehicle is accepted and returned to fully mission capable (FMC) status by the COR.
The contractor shall accomplish the assigned work by employing and utilizing qualified employees, including subcontractors. The contractors employees shall have the appropriate combinations of education, certification, licenses, training, and experience.
The contractor may elect to provide mobile on-site maintenance at government installations when it is deemed more practical or efficient. Any on-site mobile services must be coordinated with and authorized by the COR prior to execution.
The contractors workmanship warranty shall be considered void if the COR determines, through verifiable evidence, that the subsequent failure was caused directly by operator abuse, unauthorized modifications, or battle damage.
