Main lodge building: The main BAS panel, unitary temperature control panels ( TCCPs), and specified controls for existing and new equipment will be replaced. Replace water source heat pump where specified. Other HVAC equipment is to remain. Conference Center: The main BAS panel, unitary temperature control panels ( TCCPs), and specified controls for existing and new equipment will be replaced. Replace gas furnaces and condensing units where specified. Other HVAC equipment is to remain. Guest rooms: The replacement of existing PTAC controls with new wireless thermostats that are integrated into the Lodge Buildings BAS panel. Existing PTACs and ceiling mounted exhaust fans in all guest rooms are to remain. Ceiling mounted exhaust fans will not be integrated into the BAS.
