The purchase order/contract number must appear on all correspondence, invoices, shipping papers and packages.

All goods and articles provided under this order are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship and must conform to the specifications stated or referenced in this agreement.

This contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidders offering the best value and meeting the bids requirements.

Bidders must hold all licenses that are relevant to the scope of work or specifications outlined in the solicitation.

Bidders found to be noncompliant may face penalties including, but not limited to, disqualification from current and future solicitations, and legal actions where applicable.

The deadline for vendor questions is noon on November 12, 2025.

The agency requires the expertise of a ServiceNow CMDB subject matter expert SME to lead and guide this program, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, ITIL v4, and the agencys strategic it objectives. Scope of work include: 2days per week engagement for one year 12 months

The agency will pay invoices within 45 calendar days of the acceptance of the deliverable or task.
