The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 1 New England Healthcare System, intends to issue a solicitation for an enterprise-wide Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) delivery system. This will establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) covering all VISN 1 medical centers. The system will support the autonomous delivery of medications, specimens, supplies, and materials. Key requirements include delivery and installation of new AMRs with advanced navigation, mapping, obstacle detection, and docking capabilities, along with all related infrastructure, communication equipment, and system configuration. The contractor must provide 24/7 remote monitoring, proactive maintenance, software updates, and technical support. Comprehensive training for health technology management, biomedical engineering, clinical staff, and physicians is also required. This Request for Information (RFI) from the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) seeks information on contractors capable of providing sustainment and modernization services for existing and emerging analytic systems.
