Service for JOTCP will begin no later than June 12, 2026. Service for JSCGP will begin ten days after contract award. The period of performance shall be for a base period of 12 months and one 12-month option period.

Failure to make full disclosure of past incidents in professional duties or felony/misdemeanor charges (other than minor traffic violations) will result in a determination that the provider's services were unsatisfactory. Failure to pass security criteria will result in denial of access to installations. Querying the List of Excluded Individuals and Entities (LEIE) is mandatory; if a provider is on this list, they are disqualified.

Proposals are to be delivered no later than June 5, 2026, by 10:00 am. Any proposal received after the bid due date and time will not be considered.

Payment will be made within thirty 30 days of the receipt of the vendors invoice, provided the items are new and meet specifications, are received in good order, corresponding purchase order number is shown on packing list receipt of goods and delivery was made to the proper district location.

Standard manufacturers warranty for all equipment bid is to be considered a part of these conditions. All defective items shall be replaced free of charge.

It is not the policy of Gatesville ISD to award bids on the basis of low price alone. To determine the award for this bid, Gatesville ISD may consider the following: price/discount, consideration of location of vendors principal place of business, reputation of the vendor, qualities of the vendors goods/services, the extent to which the goods/services meet the districts needs, the vendors past relationship with the district, compliance with the RFP requirements, the impact on the ability of the district to comply with laws and rules relating to historically underutilized businesses, project schedule and ability to complete on time, the warranty information, and any other relevant factor specifically listed in the request for bids or proposals.
